What method do you use to clean carpet?

Green Tee Services only uses Steam cleaning. It is the most effective way to remove soil from your carpet.

If I steam clean my carpet, will it get dirty again faster?

No. We pre-condition your carpet with a synthetic cleaner and rinse with clean hot water.

Will the chemicals you use harm me or my children?

No. Since we rinse your carpet with clean hot water, all chemical residue is washed away, leaving you with sparkling clean carpet.

Doesn’t steam cleaning leave my carpet wet all night?

Absolutely not. In most cases, you can have completely dry carpet in 3 to 6 hours. We have many customers tell us our drying time is between 2 to 4 hours.

How long does it take to clean my carpet?

An average size house with 5 carpeted rooms can be cleaned in about an hour. Heavily soiled carpet may take an addtional 15 to 30 minutes.

I have pet stains, can you remove them from my carpet? And for how much?

We use a urine pre-treatment for dog and cat urine. It is more successful on newer urine stains, since older stains have already discolored the carpet fiber. Our pet urine stain removal service can run from $5 to $50 per room depending on the severity of the stains.

I have furniture in the rooms I want cleaned, do you move it?

Green Tee Services perform light furniture moving for no charge. If you want a couple of pieces moved off the carpet, we can do that for no charge and , move it back , placing foil tabs or foam blocks down for your furniture protection.
